A little one’s battle for life began after visiting several hospitals, with parents desperately searching for help.
By the time the baby reached Prime Children’s Hospital, Nellore, the condition was extremely critical diagnosed as necrotizing fascitis , septicemia ,septic shock with DIC, acute renal failure with Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis had set in, and survival looked nearly impossible.
At that very moment, our team of pediatric specialists, led by Dr. Ajith Reddy and Dr. Kishore, decided to push boundaries. For the first time in Nellore’s pediatric history, a life-saving Peritoneal Dialysis was performed on a child.
Today, that same what followed was days of tireless effort , round-the-clock monitoring, advanced ICU care, and a lot of compassion. Slowly but surely, the baby began to respond. The impossible turned into possible.
The child is not just alive but thriving . Smiling, healthy, and filling the hearts of their family with joy.
